6. Installation & Operation Precautions
6.1 Storage Rules
- • Store in cool, dry warehouse
- • Forbid direct sunlight exposure, rain soaking, direct contact with cement floor
6.2 Sealant Requirement
- • Only neutral silicone sealant allowed
- • Acidic & alkaline glass glue are prohibited
6.3 Screw Fixing Standard
- 1. Must equip waterproof gaskets for all screws
- 2. Pre-drill expansion holes: hole diameter 4mm larger than screw diameter (resist thermal expansion & cold contraction cracking)
- 3. Screws must be perpendicular (90°) to sheet surface; inclined screw installation forbidden
- 4. Overlap standard:
- • Horizontal side lap: minimum 1 complete wave
- • Vertical upper & lower lap: ≥10cm
- 5. Forbid walking directly on PC sheets; lay bearing temporary plates for construction stepping
6.4 Service Environment Restrictions
- 1. Prolonged contact with acid/alkali substances is forbidden
- 2. Cannot attach directly to cement walls
- 3. Not applicable for environments with acid, alkali substances or corrosive gas
