Product Introduction – PC Hollow Polycarbonate Sheet

PC hollow sheet is produced from virgin polycarbonate raw materials (main suppliers: Bayer and Sabic), recycled materials are strictly forbidden. The sheet surface is covered with a 50-micron anti-ultraviolet UV coating to extend service life, with a 10-year official quality guarantee.

It features customizable light transmittance, lightweight & high strength, and thermal insulation performance. Widely applied in greenhouses, building skylights, carports, rain shelters and corridor canopies.

Official Installation Guide

1. Storage Requirements

Store in cool & dry environment. Strictly avoid direct sunlight, rain, and direct stacking on concrete ground. Sun exposure will make protective film unpeelable.

2. Sealant Regulation

Only neutral silicone sealant is allowed. Acidic or alkaline glass glue is forbidden. Warranty will be void if damaged by improper glue.

3. Screw Fixing Rules

Special waterproof gaskets must be matched with screws. Pre-drill holes 4mm larger than screw diameter to reserve space for thermal expansion & contraction.

4. Service Environment Limit

The sheet is sensitive to acid & alkali. Do not contact concrete brick walls directly, and cannot be used in corrosive acid/alkali gas environments.
