6. Standard Installation Technical Data & Rules
- 1. Storage Requirement: Cool & dry environment; avoid direct sunlight, rain and direct contact with concrete ground
- 2. Sealant Requirement: Only neutral silicone sealant; acid & alkaline glass glue invalidates warranty
- 3. Screw Fixing Standard
- • Pre-drill holes 4mm larger than screw diameter to reserve thermal expansion space
- • Hole edge distance ≥30mm
- • Special waterproof gaskets mandatory for all screws
- • Curved surfaces cannot be fixed with surface screws
- 4. Service Environment Restriction: Cannot contact acid/alkali concrete, bricks, or corrosive acid/alkali gas directly
