3. Application Scope
Widely used for indoor partitions, bathroom doors & windows, boundary fences, carports/awnings, lamps & light fixtures, DIY projects and other fields, bringing aesthetics and functionality to various spaces.
4. Installation & Operation Precautions
- Storage Requirements
Store in cool and dry areas. Avoid direct sunlight exposure (otherwise the protective film will be hard to peel off) and rainwater contact. Do not place sheets directly on cement ground. - Sealant Selection
Neutral silicone sealant must be used. Acidic or alkaline glass glue is prohibited. - Screw Fixing Rules
- Rivets shall not be adopted for installation. Screwing on panel surface is forbidden for curved projects and not recommended for flat slope structures.
- If screw fixing is necessary, special waterproof gaskets must be matched. Pre-drill enlarged holes with a diameter 4mm larger than the screw size.
- Screw holes shall be at least 30mm away from sheet edges to prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
- Service Environment Restrictions
PC Embossed Sheet is vulnerable to acid and alkali. Direct contact with cement brick walls is forbidden, and it cannot be used in environments with acidic/alkaline substances or corrosive gas. - Protective Film Treatment
The protective film prevents surface scratches during transportation and installation; peel it off completely immediately after construction completion. - Cutting Method
Cut with high-speed fine-tooth circular saw or portable electric saw at low feeding speed. Support the sheet near cutting positions and remove dust and debris timely. - Cleaning Instructions
- Natural rainwater self-cleaning is sufficient for daily maintenance.
- For local stained areas, dilute household cleaners without corrosive agents or organic solvents can be applied. Dry wiping is not allowed. High-pressure water guns are suitable for large-area cleaning.
