6. Standard Installation & Storage Guidelines

1. Storage Requirement

Store in cool, dry indoor area; strictly forbid long-term sunlight exposure, rain soaking, direct stacking on concrete ground (protective film will be hard to peel).

2. Sealant Rule

Only neutral silicone sealant allowed; acid/alkaline glass glue prohibited. Damage from improper glue voids product warranty.

3. Screw Fixing Specification

• Special waterproof gaskets mandatory for all screw installation
• Pre-drill holes before screwing; hole diameter ≥ screw diameter +4mm (reserve thermal expansion gap)
• Hole edge distance ≥30mm
• Self-tapping screws cannot be directly driven into sheet surface
• Curved molding sheets cannot be fixed with surface screws

4. Service Environment Restriction

PC sheet reacts with acid & alkali; cannot directly contact concrete/brick walls, cannot be used in acidic/alkaline material & gas environments.

5. Protective Film

Remove film immediately after construction; film only prevents scratches during transport & installation.

6. Cutting Method

Cuttable via circular saw, jigsaw, utility knife; clean cutting debris with vacuum cleaner after cutting.

7. Cleaning Method

• Daily maintenance: Natural rainwater flushing
• Local stains: Diluted neutral household detergent (no corrosive agents/organic solvents)
• Avoid dry wiping (dust will scratch embossed surface)
• Large area cleaning: Low-pressure water gun flushing
