5. Standard Installation Steps
- Cut four corner slots of panels to reserve expansion gaps for U-shaped profiles;
- Tear off bottom protective film and stick aluminum breathable tape on both hollow ends;
- Mount U-shaped lock profiles at two ends of each panel;
- Fix the edge of the first panel to purlins with waterproof screws;
- Place stainless steel fasteners on the purlin between adjacent panels;
- Tighten screws to lock metal fasteners;
- Align and install the second panel into the fastener clamping position;
- Tap pressure strips to complete interlocking splicing of two panels;
- Mount plastic end caps on both ends to seal the hollow channels;
- Remove surface protective film to finish construction.
Perimeter Fixed Structure Composition
The canopy edge fixing system consists of four core parts: self-tapping screw, waterproof rubber gasket, U-shaped locking plate and steel purlin. The panel width is fixed at 0.6m, with fasteners evenly arranged around the perimeter and horizontal purlins for uniform load dispersion, ensuring overall stability and waterproof performance.
