PC Solid Sheet is a high-performance solid panel manufactured with premium polycarbonate raw materials. It features a full range of outstanding properties and is widely applied in architectural daylighting, safety protection, advertising display and many other fields. 1. Product Features

1. Premium Raw Materials: Produced exclusively with Covestro and Sabic polycarbonate raw materials without recycled materials to guarantee consistent product quality.
2. UV Resistance: Equipped with high-concentration co-extruded UV coating on both sides to extend service life and covered by a 10-year quality warranty. Accelerated weathering tests prove that UV coating effectively slows down panel aging. Without UV coating, PC sheets will turn yellow, crack and degrade within only 2–3 years, as pure polycarbonate has poor natural UV resistance. Double-sided UV coating is mandatory to secure a 10+ year outdoor service life.
3. Adjustable Light Transmittance: Excellent light transmission comparable to glass. Transmittance and color can be customized per client demands, including clear, bronze, lake blue, royal blue, dark grey, light grey, grass green, opal white and other shades.
4. Lightweight & High Impact Resistance
   • Weight equals only half of glass with identical thickness, enabling easy transportation and installation.
   • Impact resistance is 30 times that of tempered glass, delivering superior safety performance for shatterproof glazing, explosion-proof viewing windows, riot shields and similar scenarios.

3. Installation & Operation Notes

1. Storage Requirements: Store panels in cool, dry areas. Avoid direct sunlight (protective film will stick firmly and become unpeelable) and rain exposure. Do not stack sheets directly on bare cement ground.
2. Sealant Selection: Only neutral silicone sealant is permitted; acidic or alkaline glass sealants are prohibited.
3. Screw Fastening Rules
   • Rivet installation is forbidden. For curved PC Solid Sheet projects, drilling screws through panels is not allowed; flat-slope applications are also discouraged. If screw installation is unavoidable, special waterproof gaskets must be fitted. Pre-drill enlarged holes: drill diameter shall be 4mm larger than screw diameter. All screw holes shall be set at least 30mm away from sheet edges to prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
4. Service Environment Limitations: PC Solid Sheet is vulnerable to acid and alkali chemicals. Direct contact with cement brick walls is forbidden, and it cannot be used in environments with acidic or alkaline substances/vapors.
5. Protective Film Removal: Surface protective films prevent scratches during transportation and installation. All films must be fully peeled off immediately after construction completion.
6. Joint Schematic: Illustrates assembly connections of PC sheets, purlins, special aluminum profiles, self-tapping screws and other fittings.
