To improve the outdoor anti-aging performance of PC Hollow Sheets, the technical R&D team has overcome technical difficulties in anti-aging UV coating and realized a maximum UV coating thickness of 90 microns.

UV coating can effectively block ultraviolet rays, slow down yellowing and aging, and extend the service life of PC Hollow Sheets. The thickness of UV coating and its uniformity are core indicators for judging PC Hollow Sheet quality. UV coating cannot be observed by naked eyes and can only be detected by an electron microscope. Free sample testing service is available.
