The whole aging experiment was carried out in a xenon lamp accelerated weathering tester. In the industry, there is a widely cited reference conversion ratio: 500 hours of laboratory accelerated aging test equals one year of natural outdoor exposure. However, this figure is only for reference. There is no unified and internationally recognized fixed conversion formula between accelerated testing time and real outdoor service time. The annual solar radiation, temperature and humidity conditions differ greatly among regions, and even change every year in the same place, so a universal conversion standard cannot be formulated.

Double-layer PC Hollow Sheet, also known as double-wall polycarbonate hollow panel, takes pure polycarbonate as raw material. A 50-micron UV protective coating is attached to its surface, which can effectively slow down the aging process and prolong its service life under outdoor environments. This product is extensively used in agricultural greenhouses, carports, outdoor sunshade canopies and daylighting walkways.
