1. Introduction
This guide covers the installation of two types of polycarbonate (PC) sheet canopies: PC hollow sheet canopy and PC solid sheet canopy. It includes required accessories, specifications and standard assembly steps for your reference.
2. Required Accessories & Functions
- Aluminum foil tape
Function: Rainproof and dustproof.
Usage: 2 pieces per sheet (one for each end).
- U-shaped profiles
Function: Connect gaps between PC sheets.
Usage: 1 piece for each sheet gap.
- 6m Aluminum profiles & Aluminum profiles with bases
Function: Fix PC sheets to purlins.
Usage: 2 pieces per sheet.
3. PC Hollow Sheet Canopy Installation
Product Specification
Standard size: 2.1m (Width) × 5.8m (Length). Custom lengths are acceptable.
Assembly Steps
- Arrange purlins in place as required.
- Install aluminum profiles and aluminum profiles with bases on the purlins.
- Place PC hollow sheets onto the profiles and fasten with screws.
- Use U-shaped profiles to connect gaps between adjacent sheets.
- Paste aluminum foil tape at both ends of each sheet for waterproof and dustproof treatment.

4. PC Solid Sheet Canopy Installation
Product Specification
Roll size: 0.595m (Width) × 30m (Length).
Installation Requirement
Keep the center-to-center spacing between purlins at 0.6m.
Assembly Steps
- Set purlins with a standard spacing of 0.6m (center to center).
- Mount aluminum profiles on the purlins orderly.
- Unfold PC solid sheets and lay them on the profiles.
- Connect sheet joints with U-shaped profiles.
- Apply aluminum foil tape at sheet ends to prevent water and dust ingress.

5. Notes
- Install all accessories firmly to ensure stability.
- Strictly follow the standard purlin spacing for better load-bearing performance.
