Canopy Installation Solutions

1. This material mainly introduces two mainstream canopy installation solutions, namely PC hollow sheet canopy and PC solid sheet canopy, and details their supporting accessories, dimensional specifications and overall structural layout.
2. As for the PC hollow sheet canopy, the panel has a width of 2.1 meters and a standard length of 5.8 meters, and the length can be customized according to actual demands. It is equipped with 6-meter aluminum profiles and aluminum profiles with bases. U-shaped profiles are applied to connect gaps between panels, with one U-shaped profile for each gap; two U-shaped profiles are used for each sheet to fix the panel and purlin. Aluminum foil tape is adopted for rainproof and dustproof treatment, with two strips attached to both ends of every panel. The whole structure is assembled with aluminum profiles, aluminum profile bases, screws and purlins, and corresponding structural diagrams including vertical view and bottom view are offered for reference.
3. The PC solid sheet is delivered in rolls. Each roll is 0.595 meters wide and 30 meters long, and it is also matched with 6-meter aluminum profiles. The center-to-center spacing between purlins is set to 0.6 meters. This type of canopy is mainly assembled with aluminum profiles and purlins. Complete vertical and bottom structural views are attached to clearly display its assembly structure and layout.
